Jo Wright

HR Director

Jo joined the Belron® Executive Team in 2009 as Group HR Director and is responsible for the People and Leadership Strategy across the Group.

Before joining Belron® Jo was Managing Director of two recruitment businesses: BYT and Moloney Search Campus, specialising in placing high flying talent in both the UK and globally.

Jo spent the majority of her career at global drinks organisation Diageo where she held a wide variety of roles in both specialist areas such as change management, global resourcing and leadership development as well as generalist business unit HR roles, working in single and multiple markets.

Before Diageo Jo spent four years at Marks & Spencer, also in HR roles across the UK, both in stores and head office.

Jo has a BSc Hons in Institutional Management and is a Business Mentor at TeachFirst.
